  • Product is in original box
  • Original inner box is present
  • Product is free of damage and traces of use
  • All accessories are present
  • The product has a technical defect, but it has been provided with the latest known software update
  • The sales receipt is present and is no older than 21 calendar days
  • Stock product, purchase receipt no older than 6 months
