ZIR Online allows service providers to upload a price quote, and the Price Quote Module also includes the Service Level Agreements. The retailer will then notify his customer about the quoted price. The client\'s response will also be stored in the Price Quote Module and reported to the service providers. In the absence of a response from the client the module will automatically send out a reminder. The Price Quote module can be linked to a payment system so that the client can pay before the repair work starts.
